Stylish wine delivering the unique flavours Marlborough’s terroir is renowned for.

VINEYARD
100% Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grown on VSP canopy system and lightly leaf plucked to give good sunlight and airflow to ensure healthy fruit.  Controlled yield through fruit thinning.  Yield approx. 4.5 ton per acre.

HARVEST & WINEMAKING
Harvested during the cool of night to maintain freshness and flavours.  The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed, then slowly fermented in stainless steel at  a cool temperature using carefully selected yeast.  Extended yeast lees contact adds weight and texture to the palate.
